As a medical personel, you have to have some sort of obsessive compulsive personality. what i mean that, it is not obsessive compulsive disorder but it is only a part of obsessive compulsive personality.
For an example, before you want to do any procedure to the patient, as medical personel there are a few prerequisite before you do the work. a consented, well prepared patient is very important. Then after that, you have to reexamine again the patient what the problem of the patient and what you want to do.
